Havspor is a free information service. These terms exist to be clear about what you can expect — and what you can't.

The service
Havspor (havspor.no) shows live positions, departures and timetables for express boats and ferries along the Norwegian coast. The service is provided by Oddworks AS (org. no. 997 031 881), Sigurd Jorsalfars veg 27D, 7052 Trondheim, Norway — email: post@oddworks.no.
Data sources and disclaimer
All data comes from third parties: departures and timetables from Entur, vessel positions from the Norwegian Coastal Administration's AIS network, weather from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute, and place data from Kartverket. Havspor cannot guarantee that the information is correct, complete or current at all times. Departures may be cancelled, delayed or moved without this being reflected here. Always check departure times with the operator before travelling. Havspor is not liable for losses resulting from errors in, or use of, the information — the service is provided “as is”.
Tickets
Havspor does not sell tickets. Ticket links go to the operators' and Entur's own systems, which have their own terms.
The widget (embedding)
The Havspor widget may be used free of charge on your own website on three conditions: (1) the Havspor link in the widget must remain visible and clickable, (2) the widget must not be presented in a way that suggests Havspor endorses or is behind your site or its content, and (3) the widget must not be used for automated data harvesting. We may change the widget or revoke access in case of abuse. The data-quality disclaimers above apply inside the widget too.
Intellectual property
The Havspor name, mark and design belong to Oddworks AS. The data belongs to its respective sources and is subject to their open licences (NLOD and others).
Changes
We may update these terms when needed. Material changes are announced on this page with an updated date. Norwegian law applies.
