# Havspor

> Real-time boat tracker for Norwegian coastal transport. Live vessel positions, departure times, delays, weather, and wave conditions for hurtigbat (express boats) and ferries along the entire Norwegian coast.

## What Havspor Does

Havspor combines data from three Norwegian public data sources to give passengers a complete picture:

- **Entur JourneyPlanner**: Departure times, real-time delays, service journey details
- **Kystverket AIS**: Live vessel positions updated every 30 seconds
- **MET.no**: Weather forecasts, wave conditions, sunrise/sunset
- **GTFS timetables**: Static schedule data for 527 routes and 931 stop schedules

Users can see where their boat is on the map, whether it's delayed, and what the weather conditions are at their stop. No app download or login required.
